Soda PDF is built to make working with PDFs simple - no clutter, no paywalls, no confusing menus. If something isn't working the way it should, or you just can't find the tool you're looking for, drop us a line. A real person reads every message.

We usually reply within 24-48 hours. Weekends might take a little longer, but we'll always get back to you.
What can you contact us about?

• Something's not working - a tool crashed, a file won't convert, or a download failed. Tell us what you were trying to do and which tool you used, and we'll sort it out.
• A tool you'd like to see - we're always adding to our 100+ tools. If there's a PDF task we're missing, let us know. Feedback - good or bad, we read it all. Your input shapes what we build next.
• Business or partnership inquiries - reach out if you'd like to collaborate with us.

Before you write in

If you're reporting an issue, it helps if you can include:

1. The tool you were using (e.g. Word to PDF, Merge PDF)
2. A quick description of what went wrong
3. The device or browser you were on (if relevant)

This helps us fix things faster - but don't worry if you can't include all of it. Just tell us what happened, and we'll take it from there.

We built Soda PDF because we believe PDF tools should just work, for free, without the runaround. If we're not living up to that, tell us. That's the whole point of this page. support@sodapdf.online
